(c) the video recordings, text, and other content placed on the Website;

(d) the images, video recordings, text, and other content placed on Tiktok with the social media handle @whats_not_taught, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform;

(e) the text, images, and other content included in Our emails;

(f) online communications infrastructure that We make available through the Website either now or in the future, including, but not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links; or

(g) any other content created by Us and placed on any other social media channels or digital platforms,

hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platforms." Any person or entity who visits, views, listens to, interacts with, and/or uses any of the Platforms is referred to herein as "You," "Your," or the "User."

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Policy, the following terms shall have the below meanings. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms and Conditions Policy or Cookie Policy, as applicable.

4. Third Party Web Sites and Services

We may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with matters that may include, but are not limited to, payment handling, delivery of purchased items, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. The providers of such services do not have access to certain personal Data provided by Users of this Website. Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that We request. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. 5. Analytics

The Website may collect certain information about You automatically through log data and Google Analytics (or a similar analytics platform). Log data is information about Your device's IP address, browser information, Your internet service provider's information, and Your operating system.

If You live in Virginia, You are entitled to certain rights under the laws of Virginia, including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as; the “VCDPA”), as indicated in this section. You are entitled to: (a) confirm whether or not the Owner is processing Your personal data and to access Your personal data; (b) correct inaccuracies in Your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of Your personal data; (c) delete personal data provided by or obtained about You; (d) obtain a copy of Your personal data that You previously provided to the Owner in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows You to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance, where the processing is carried out by automated means; and opt out of the processing of Your personal data for purposes of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning You, or (iii) the sale of Your personal data.

8. Changes of Business Ownership and Control
