Jay practiced in the Corporate and Securities group of a BigLaw firm for five years before moving in-house to a global media and entertainment company, and subsequently a growth-stage tech company. His corporate experience includes M&A, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, PubCo board and committee management, ESG, domestic and international subsidiary management, and Exchange Act filings.
